8/24-9/3 FRI-MON Hiking in Utah and Nevada (UT/NV)
Contact: Arthur Pugsley
I am planning to spend about 10 days in Utah and eastern Nevada just before and up to Labor Day. The plan currently consists of hiking up Mt. Timpanogos (about 11,000 feet) and King's Peak (13,500 feet) in Utah, and spend a couple of days in Nevada at Great Basin National Park (and climbing Wheeler Peak, about 13,100 feet). We will be camping out, car camping, and staying at the occasional motel. Great Basin Park contains caves, a tiny glacier (Nevada's only one!), and the world's oldest known trees. Itinirary is flexible to match people's interests.
VARIOUS BUT GENERALLY STRENUOUS

Please contact Arthur for more information or to help him in the planning of these hikes if you are interested.
