BBQ at Joe's after the day hike

We wish to discuss and plan our Uinta's backpacking trip that is scheduled for Sept 1-4.

If you want to go on this trip, please plan to attend the BBQ/planning meeting. If you absolutely cannot join us for the BBQ, you MUST call Randy by the 28th at 532-8447 to get all the info you will need for the trip. If you will need to borrow equipment or if you have extra equipment to lend, we'll need to know in advance.

Now, the BBQ......

The hike will be done around 4:30 and everyone is welcome to come over to Joe's for a BBQ. If you can't make the hike and just want to come for the BBQ, that's just fine and dandy too!

I will be serving up dogs, burgers, chicken legs, 3 salads, chips/dips and drinks. You're welcome to use the jacuzzi to sooth your sore muscles or just relax in the shade with plenty of water.

Here's the catch... we are not asking for you to bring anything to this BBQ except your bodies (and perhaps a towel for the jacuzzi), but we would like to ask that you bring a few bucks as a donation to the club so we can continue with our advertising efforts and other club costs that are hidden to our members. Just FYI, our advertisements in the Pillar, Lavender Pages, fliers, our 800#, and this web site all do cost us some money. Your donations will prevent us from having to collect membership dues. YUK! I hate Dues!

From the canyon, go SOUTH on 1300 East,

then turn Right on 114th South. Turn left on 10th East.

Then make the first right, which is Dry Gulch. Turn the corner and will see a big yellow house with a white fence.

From I-15: Travel south to the 106th Exit. Go East to State St and turn right.

Go to 114th South and turn Left. Follow to 10th East and turn Right.
