Reschedule of the hike to Killyon Canyon at the top of Emigration Cyn., after a rained-out first attempt. Sunday, October 12. Meet at the parking area just west of the Chevron station at 200 South and 700 East at 9:00 AM to carpool to the trailhead. The trail follows a stream for 0.7 mi., through colorful oak and maple scrub, then climbs a ridge for about 1 mile to a spot with great views of the surrounding mountains and the central Wasatch.
