Celebrity Circle clip shows celebrities learning about the competition

The time has almost come for The circle of celebrities will air on Channel 4, with the first-ever group of A-list contestants from the unusual game show set to move into the UK’s most famous apartment block tonight.

The broadcaster released a clip ahead of the premiere of the first episode, teasing what’s in store for the eight celebrities joining the games.

Celebrity Circle programming features a great mix of media personalities but, so far, it looks like they’re going to have a hard time figuring out who’s the real deal and who’s a catfish. Take a look:

The preview shows the celebrities moving into their brand new apartments when they receive an alert, much to their surprise Lady Leshurrthe excitement of (who plays the role of Big Narstie).

Sam Thompson and Pete Wickswho claim to be Rachel Riley, correctly suspect that is a catfish – it’s actually Rickie Haywood-Williams and Melvin Odoom posing as the lead singer of the Black Eyed Peas.

Thompson and Wicks also seem very happy to see their fellow Essex native Denise van Outen on alignment.

A competitor that seems to have trouble recognizing some of the names on screen is Strictly’s rudder barker. Meanwhile, Baga Chipz (playing the role of Kim Woodburn) seems very excited about the blue singer Duncan James.

Nadia Sawalha and Kaye Adams also play, impersonating Gemma Collins.

The new series is in aid of Stand Up to Cancer and, like its regular edition, will also be presented by Emma Wallis.

The Celebrity Circle for Stand Up To Cancer starts tonight (Tuesday March 9) on Channel 4 at 9.15pm and All 4. If you’re looking for something to watch tonight, check out our tv guide. Visit our hub to learn more Entertainment news.
